Does it feel like you're always in survival mode? You’re just trying to get by, day by day, but at the sacrifice of your personal goals.
Transitioning to adulthood comes with many challenges and emotions. We often feel depleted and disconnected in the process. As a bilingual and cultural therapist, I strive to help individuals find balance between life’s demands and becoming their best self. Every person has a unique identity. In session, I help clients identify their innate strengths and learn new skills to enhance their quality of life. You should not have to sacrifice yourself or your cultural identity in the process of self healing, they can coexist.
I use a holistic approach that incorporates culture and personal history to support my understanding of a client’s need for support. In session, we might do a mindfulness practice, explore healthy boundaries, and learn about the mind, body and soul connection. As a woman of color, I have experience working with diverse communities of color including youth, teens and adults.
Reach out for a free consultation to learn more about our work together. I am looking forward to creating a non-judgmental and empathic space for you. Ofrezco sesiones de terapia en Español.
