Insurances accepted
We accept insurance and are in-network with Cigna & Aetna.
Using insurance for therapy has both pros and cons.
The biggest pro is a lesser copay (depending on your plan), making therapy more affordable.
Cons may include: requiring a formal diagnosis for services, a limit on types of sessions covered, limited privacy as your insurance can request your medical records, high deductibles, and possible denial of care that leaves you stuck with the bill.
Many therapists do not accept insurance for the reasons listed above. Paying for therapy yourself means more guaranteed privacy.
Out of pocket rates range from $100-195 per 50 minute session. Reach out for more information and to verify insurance benefits.
