Insurances accepted

We accept insurance and are in-network with Cigna & Aetna.

Using insurance for therapy has both pros and cons.

  • The biggest pro is a lesser copay (depending on your plan), making therapy more affordable.

  • Cons may include: requiring a formal diagnosis for services, a limit on types of sessions covered, limited privacy as your insurance can request your medical records, high deductibles, and possible denial of care that leaves you stuck with the bill.

  • Many therapists do not accept insurance for the reasons listed above. Paying for therapy yourself means more guaranteed privacy.

Out of pocket rates range from $100-195 per 50 minute session. Reach out for more information and to verify insurance benefits.
